Preparing for Your Appointment
To make the most of your consultation, please:

Bring all current medications and supplements you are taking

Note any specific symptoms or health concerns you would like to address

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing for the reflex analysis (in-person appointments)

Come prepared to discuss your health history openly

Bring any relevant medical records or test results (optional but helpful)

Eat a healthy meal and drink plenty of water before your appointment

Do not take any supplements or medications on the day of your appointment unless they are medically necessary
Virtual Appointment Details
Virtual consultations are conducted via Google Meet or FaceTime (for Apple device users). You will receive a link to join your appointment via email prior to your scheduled time. Virtual appointments follow the same structure as in-person consultations, with adjustments made for the remote format.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
